Physical wellness allows us to take care of our body, but not limited to healthy eating and regular exercise. Consider your body as a whole. According to the World Health Organization, health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or immunity.

You should know your limits and how far you can push them, not just for eating and exercising daily. Perfect example: as men we want to be macho and show off the to others that we don’t need a hat and gloves when it’s freezing outside. After a couple of days, we get the sniffle and then get sick. (Not all of us are like this but some.) Sometimes we don’t know how far we can push our limits without knowing the consequences. After a hard-hitting lesson, we learn.
