Good Morning Everyone. Hope all of you are well. I’ve been busy on my end in terms of school and work. However, I’m back on here to provide you some awesome online posts each week about wellness and nutrition.

According to Merriam-Webster, wellness is defined as the quality or state of being healthy. This is a basic definition so let’s dig a little deeper on the six dimensions of wellness. Dr. Bill Hettler, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute, developed this model to better explain how to live a healthier lifestyle using the 6 dimensions of wellness: occupational, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional.
