A Small Taste of St. Patrick’s Day in 2011

March 16, 2011: The Time Frame Between 3/16 & St. Patrick’s Day

Good evening everyone. Hope all of you are doing well! This short post is proof for the answer of question # 9 from the Liebster Award post. My adventure began from Holyhead, Wales to Dublin, Ireland on an Irish Ferry called MV Ulysses. The round trip ticket was flat £50, read as fifty pounds in UK currency. In US $$, this is equivalent to approximately $74.00. An Irish ferry is not small but a medium-sized cruise liner.

View of a full moon from deck. Lucky, eh?

Correction: I was standing on the back deck of the ship. It was 2:00 AM in the morning and couldn’t tell which way was the front or back. Haha. Till this day, my closest family friends say that this was the best adventure while studying abroad. Every now and then I will be posting photos from my epic adventure in 2011.

My apologies for the low quality in this picture. There are 2 reasons: the couple taking my picture were tipsy because they were drinking while coming on board AND it was cold, gusty winds where the water felt like icicles on my cheeks.
